崗位職責(zé)：

內(nèi)容策劃： 負責(zé) xmaster 歐洲區(qū)品牌形象視頻、產(chǎn)品宣傳片以及社媒短視頻（reels, tiktok, youtube shorts）的腳本撰寫和分鏡設(shè)計。

拍攝執(zhí)行： 獨立完成視頻的拍攝工作，包括燈光布置、專業(yè)攝像機操作，以及現(xiàn)場指導(dǎo)模特的動作展示。

后期剪輯： 負責(zé)所有視頻的剪輯、調(diào)色、音效設(shè)計和特效包裝，產(chǎn)出符合品牌高級質(zhì)感的成片。

社媒視覺管理： 協(xié)助建立并管理公司的影像素材庫，確保全渠道視覺輸出統(tǒng)一且符合歐洲本土審美。

任職要求：

語言能力： 具備流利的意大利語和英語溝通能力。

核心技能： 精通專業(yè)攝像機操作及布光技巧；精通后期軟件 (如 premiere pro, final cut, davinci resolve 等)。

responsibilities:

content planning: write scripts and design storyboards for xmaster europe's brand videos, product promos, and social media short videos (reels, tiktok, youtube shorts).

shooting execution: independently manage video shoots, including lighting setup, professional camera operation, and directing models on set.

post-production: handle video editing, color grading, sound design, and vfx to produce high-quality videos that align with the brand's premium image.

visual asset management: help build and manage the company's visual asset library, ensuring consistent visual output across all channels that appeals to european aesthetics.

requirements:

languages: fluent in both italian and english.

core skills: mastery of professional camera operation and lighting techniques; highly proficient in post-production software (e.g., premiere pro, final cut, davinci resolve, after effects).

industry knowledge: passionate about fitness culture with a keen sense of european social media visual trends.

?? huge plus: candidates with a great fitness background who are willing to feature as on-camera models showcasing the equipment will be highly prioritized!

portfolio: applications must include a portfolio or showreel of previous video work.
